You choose, actively: renew all services for one flat fee ($790 founding / $990 regular), renew individual components only, or take your platform elsewhere. We don’t auto-renew you into anything.

Yes — a specific one. Cancel before you’ve submitted your intake form: full refund. If we fail to deliver within 14 days of your form being in and your domain pointing at us (and it’s our fault): full refund. Once your platform is delivered, the build work is done and payment is final — this is a B2B service. Full details in the Terms of Service.
