Courses, clients, community, email, payments — everything you rent as monthly subscriptions, rebuilt as one platform you own. Run it by talking to AI. Delivered in 2 business days.
A course platform here, an email tool there, community on another app, scheduling on a fourth — each with its own subscription, its own limits, and its own copy of your client data.
And this setup taxes you three ways:
You’ve built a real business. It deserves infrastructure you actually own — not a stack of rentals.
You don’t need to know where anything lives or how each system works.
You say what you want — the AI does it on your platform, shows you the result for approval, and moves on to the next task.
Reads your platform, finds the right systems, and gets it done.
You don’t hunt for where things live. You say what needs to happen — and the AI makes it happen.
AI tools can answer questions, give advice, and write copy. But without a connection to your platform — they can’t see your programs, your clients, or your orders.
On Schoolyland, the AI is connected to complete business infrastructure — courses, sales, CRM, email, automations, landing pages. It sees your data, understands the business context, and takes real actions inside the systems. When you ask for something — it happens on your platform, for real.
The platform itself — yours from day one. Around it, a complete set of services included for your first year.
The platform and systems stay yours forever.
The accompanying services are included for the first year.
Giving AI access to your platform is a big step — and we take it seriously. The service is built so that even when something goes wrong, you can roll back in seconds. No stress, no waiting for support.
The AI cannot delete your site, change your password, create new admin users, or run code that endangers the platform. It doesn’t depend on the AI’s judgment — it’s blocked in our code. Even if you explicitly ask, those actions simply won’t happen.
Every time the AI edits a page, a snippet, a course structure, or a form — we save the version that existed before the change. Up to three versions back per item. If something isn’t what you wanted, just tell the AI “roll it back” — and it happens in seconds. No tickets, no forms.
Deleting content, emailing a large list, publishing new content live — the AI shows you exactly what it’s about to do and waits for your approval. You’re in the driver’s seat, always. No significant action happens behind your back.
Your client details, orders, members, business content — it all lives on your platform, not on our servers. We don’t copy your data to us and we don’t store it. The credential the AI uses is stored with standard encryption, and every connection runs over secure HTTPS.
Before anything starts — you choose which tools are open to the AI. Read-only answers? Fine. Edit content but never delete? Fine. Full access? That too. The settings are flexible and you can change them at any moment.
One click in the customer portal cuts the connection. The credential we created for your site is deleted that same second — not a day or a week later. No “vendor verification”, no bureaucracy. You decided to stop — it stopped.
Founded Schoolyland to build smart business website infrastructure.
647+ sites for businesses selling knowledge, courses, services, and products.
Thousands of courses, hundreds of thousands of students, and millions in revenue created for businesses.
The same proven infrastructure — now with AI that takes real action for you.
We are Schoolyland. Since 2020 we’ve done one thing: build digital business infrastructure that works — for owners who sell knowledge, courses, services, and products.
We’ve built over 647 sites since 2020. Today they run thousands of courses, have taught hundreds of thousands of students, and helped our customers generate millions in sales. Across dozens of fields — professional courses and member clubs, trade academies and financial platforms.
We believe in one principle: a business owner’s platform should belong to the owner — not to us, not to a vendor, not to a big platform. You own it, you control it, you’re free to take it anywhere. That’s why we build on open, customer-owned infrastructure — not a closed platform.
One-time setup. The platform and all its systems — yours forever.
Year-one services are included — renewal is always your choice.
The leading all-in-one platform starts at $1,716 per year — every year, forever, with contact limits, and you own nothing. Your renewal here is $790, all-inclusive, and the platform is yours.
After year one you choose, actively: renew everything for one flat fee, renew individual components, or take your platform and go. It’s yours either way.
The platform and all its systems — yours forever.
Included services run for the first year. No renewal obligation, and you can move the platform to your own server at any stage.
Site storage, email volume, and video capacity can be expanded — details in the FAQ.
Fair question. Straight answer.
Not an experiment starting from zero — mature infrastructure delivered ready, with AI working on top of it from day one.
Possible — but it demands knowledge, time, responsibility, and ongoing technical management.
WordPress and the leading plugins installed on your platform weren’t written yesterday — they run on hundreds of millions of sites, have solved tens of thousands of edge cases, and have been talking to each other for years. That’s the difference between starting an experiment and starting from proven infrastructure.
Pay online, fill out a short intake form about your business, and point your domain to us — we guide you, it takes minutes.
We build the platform with every system installed and connected. You get an email with access credentials, AI connection instructions, starter guides, and support — everything in one place.
Connect your AI (Claude / ChatGPT / Manus), load your content — and from here, you run your platform in conversation with AI.
Yes — if you want full ownership of your site, your content, and your audience list, instead of renting them from a closed platform. You get a professional course system plus a store, CRM, email marketing, funnels, and a private community — all running on a platform that belongs to you. If you’re looking for a closed all-in-one rental, we’re not that. If you want open infrastructure that’s yours, this is it.
They’re rentals — and rentals are fine until you look at what you’re actually paying for. Four differences:
They’re the established names; we’re the new one. Which is exactly why the deal is built so you own everything from day one — you never have to take our word for it.
Yes — as long as you’re open to working with AI. You ask for what you want in plain English and the platform executes; step-by-step guides cover everything else. No code, no plugin maintenance (we handle updates). What you do need is to know what you want to happen in your business — the AI executes, it doesn’t decide for you.
If you sell expertise — consulting, coaching, advisory, training — yes. You’ll use the same machine: landing pages, CRM, email sequences, automations, client management. The course system is simply there, licensed and ready, for the day you package your knowledge into a product. If you don’t have an audience or an offer yet, this probably isn’t your first step.
No. You ask AI in plain English, and there’s a full knowledge base for everything else. You’ll pick up the basics of the dashboard within days — but you don’t need to become a systems person.
No — and that’s deliberate. We commit to the infrastructure; the business activity is yours. We build the tools — landing pages, CRM, email, automations, SEO — and you (with your AI) run the campaigns. If you’re looking for done-for-you marketing, we’re honestly not the right fit.
The AI layer that connects your platform to AI is included — top tier, active from day one, for your entire first year. The AI subscription itself (e.g., Claude, from $20/month) is yours, held directly with the provider. You control it, upgrade it, or cancel it anytime — we never sit between you and your AI account.
It acts. It creates the course lesson, publishes the landing page, sends the campaign, sets up the automation, changes the price. That’s the difference from a regular chatbot: a chatbot tells you which buttons to click — your platform’s AI connection clicks them. Hundreds of distinct actions, across every system on the platform.
No — you work with it. It doesn’t run in the background and it doesn’t make decisions for you. You ask, it executes, you review the result and approve or adjust. It’s collaboration, not autopilot — which is exactly what you want with your business systems.
Three safety nets: pages are versioned, so “undo that” restores in seconds; risky operations — bulk deletes, sweeping changes — require your explicit confirmation before they run; and a full activity log shows every action taken on your site. In practice, real incidents are rare.
The connection is built on MCP — the open standard that lets AI tools operate real systems. Claude (our recommendation) and Manus work out of the box, ChatGPT connects through its Work mode and Codex, and developer tools like Cursor and VS Code connect too. In practice, anything that supports MCP connections can operate your platform — and you can run several in parallel.
Two routes. If it’s an action our tooling should support — we add it, and every customer gets it. If it’s something unique to your site — you open a support ticket and we handle it. The AI layer is a convenience multiplier, not a replacement for support.
13 business systems, powered by 11 premium plugins — installed and fully licensed:
Every license is covered for your first year — you never buy them separately. And they’re all connected to each other, and to your AI, from day one.
The WordPress site, all 13 business systems, your data, your client list, and full admin credentials. You can migrate the whole platform to any server, anytime — and we provide the guides for doing it.
Usually, yes. The systems here import from CSV, and most platforms — Teachable, Kajabi, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and similar — let you export your data. It’s rarely one-click, so tell us what you’re moving from and we’ll come back with what’s doable, how long it takes, and whether it costs anything.
Yes — it’s required, even. The domain stays yours, at your registrar. You point the DNS at your new platform and that’s it. Whatever happens, the domain is in your hands.
Directly into your account. Your store runs on WooCommerce, which connects to Stripe, PayPal, and most local payment providers. Your customers pay through your store, and the money goes straight to you — it never passes through us.
No limits on courses, students, contacts, products, or pages — it’s your platform. The included services come with year-one quotas: 12,000 outgoing emails per month, 20GB of protected video hosting with 200GB monthly streaming, and fast site hosting. Outgrow them? Top-ups are available — or connect your own email or video accounts.
Your platform is delivered — installed, licensed, connected, live on your domain — within 2 business days of receiving your intake form and your domain pointing to our servers.
Async support in English, in three layers: instant AI answers for day-to-day questions, a ticket system where advanced AI resolves most issues, and a human when it genuinely needs one. Tickets are answered within one business day. Support covers the infrastructure — platform, systems, hosting, licenses — for your entire first year.
Tickets can be opened 24/7, and AI answers are immediate. Our human team works Sunday–Thursday (we’re Israel-based), so business days for delivery and response times run Sunday–Thursday. In practice: you write whenever it suits you, and a substantive answer arrives within one business day.
A full knowledge base with step-by-step guides for every system — including how to run it all through AI. And the AI connection itself is the best tutor you’ll have: ask “how do I…?” on your own site and it walks you through it — or simply does it while you watch.
Graphic design, content writing, marketing, ads, and lead generation. We commit to the infrastructure; the business activity is yours. Your AI tools handle design and content work surprisingly well.
PayPal at launch. One one-time payment for the setup and your entire first year. After that — an annual renewal, only if you choose it.
Not from us — hosting, licenses, video, email (up to the quotas), maintenance, and support are all inside the one-time price. Two things live outside it: your AI subscription (e.g., Claude from $20/month, held directly with the provider) and your domain (typically $10–15/year at your registrar).
You choose, actively: renew all services for one flat fee ($790 founding / $990 regular), renew individual components only, or take your platform elsewhere. We don’t auto-renew you into anything.
Yes — a specific one. Cancel before you’ve submitted your intake form: full refund. If we fail to deliver within 14 days of your form being in and your domain pointing at us (and it’s our fault): full refund. Once your platform is delivered, the build work is done and payment is final — this is a B2B service. Full details in the Terms of Service.
You already hold full admin credentials from day one. When you leave, you get a complete backup and we help point your domain wherever you’re going — no exit fee, no hostage negotiation. That’s the point of ownership.
Your platform keeps running. It’s built on open-source WordPress — it doesn’t depend on us to stay online, and you hold the credentials, the files, and the database. You’d move it to any WordPress host with a standard migration. The one thing that would stop is the AI connection layer, which runs on our infrastructure. That’s the honest risk — and it’s a far smaller one than a closed platform vanishing with your entire business inside it.
Fast servers in Germany (EU), with daily automated backups. Full access credentials are yours from day one, your data lives on your platform — not on ours — and you can move to your own server whenever you like.
Within two business days of completing your intake form — a platform with all your business systems, connected to each other and to an AI that knows your business. From that moment, everything that’s been stuck for months starts to move.
