200+
businesses run on this platform today
60+
of them already operate it through AI, daily

Your business runs on tools you don’t own.

A course platform here, an email tool there, community on another app, scheduling on a fourth, each with its own subscription, its own limits, and its own copy of your client data.

And this setup taxes you three ways:

Monthly fees that never end, and rise whenever the platform decides
Your clients, content, and data live on someone else’s servers, under someone else’s rules
Nothing talks to anything else, so simple tasks mean juggling five dashboards

You’ve built a real business. It should run on infrastructure you own, not on a stack of rentals.

Five disconnected dark app windows outlined in neon pink, each with its own dollar price tag, joined only by broken dashed lines

Don’t learn the platform.
Just tell AI what to do.

You don’t need to know where anything lives or how each system works.
You say what you want. The AI does it on your platform, shows you the result, and moves on to the next task.

You I’m running a webinar on the 15th. Build a landing page with a countdown and signup form, a 3-email reminder sequence, and an automation: anyone who attended but didn’t buy within two days gets the offer email.
AI On it. Building all three in parallel. I’ll report as each one goes live.

AI that understands and executes

Reads your platform, finds the right systems, and gets it done.

You don’t hunt for where things live. You say what needs to happen, and the AI makes it happen.

A few examples of what you
can ask for in conversation,
and actually get.

Build a course

  • Create a new course with 6 modules and 18 lessons
  • Duplicate an existing course into a shorter version
  • Add a quiz to each module and a certificate on completion
  • Import clients from an Excel file and enroll them

Manage clients

  • Enroll everyone who paid this week into the flagship program
  • Extend access by 30 days for anyone who hasn’t finished
  • Pull a report of who hasn’t logged in for 14 days
  • Move that group into the advanced program

Build a landing page

  • Build a webinar signup page with a form and thank-you page
  • Add a countdown timer for the promo ending tonight
  • Duplicate the last page and swap in the new offer
  • Connect the form straight to a CRM list

Market and sell

  • Create a 20% coupon for 48 hours and send it to your leads list
  • Prepare a 3-email sequence promoting the next program
  • Pull this month’s sales report vs. last month
  • Send a win-back campaign to clients quiet for 90 days

Run CRM and email

  • Tag everyone who opened the last email as “interested”
  • Drop that list into a 5-step automation
  • Segment the audience by programs purchased and export the list
  • Capture new leads from the site into an email sequence

Improve the site

  • Add an FAQ section to the course page
  • Update the homepage copy to the new version
  • Fix the form alignment on mobile
  • Boost the About page’s SEO with new headings

On Schoolyland, the AI is connected to complete business infrastructure: courses, sales, CRM, email, automations, and landing pages. It sees your data, understands the business context, and takes action inside those systems. When you ask for something, it happens on your platform.

What protects you

Giving AI access to your platform is a big step, and we take it seriously. The service is built so that even when something goes wrong, you can roll back in seconds, without waiting for support.

Destructive actions are gated

Destructive and irreversible actions (deleting content, sending a campaign, running PHP) are gated. Some ask you to confirm; some are refused outright by our server until you explicitly approve. Routine content edits happen immediately, exactly as they would if you clicked “Update” in WordPress yourself. And like WordPress, every one of them is backed up and reversible. Every action is logged. The AI layer never gets more access than you gave it: the connection is a standard WordPress Application Password on your own user, so you can revoke it yourself from your own dashboard, at any second, without asking us.

Before every change, the previous state is saved

Every time the AI edits a page, a snippet, or a course structure, we save the version that existed before the change, up to three versions back per item. If something isn’t what you wanted, tell the AI “roll it back” and the previous version is restored in seconds, without a ticket or a form.

Instant disconnect, whenever you decide

One click in the customer portal cuts the connection. The credential we created for your site is deleted in that same second, with no vendor verification and no bureaucracy.

Who built this infrastructure

We are Schoolyland. Since 2020 we’ve done one thing: build digital business infrastructure that works, for owners who sell knowledge, courses, services, and products.

We’ve built over 650 sites since 2020. Today they run thousands of courses, have taught hundreds of thousands of students, and helped our customers generate millions in sales. Across dozens of fields: professional courses and member clubs, trade academies and financial platforms.

We believe a business owner’s platform should belong to the owner, not to us, a vendor, or a big platform. You own it, control it, and can take it anywhere. That’s why we build on open, customer-owned infrastructure instead of a closed platform.

That was our foundation in 2020. It’s still the foundation today, just with AI sitting on top.

Worth knowing before you decide

Compare it to renting

The leading all-in-one platform starts at $1,716 per year, every year, forever, with contact limits, and you own nothing. Your renewal here is $790, all-inclusive, and the platform is yours.

No auto-renewal trap

After year one you choose, actively: renew everything for one flat fee, renew individual components, or take your platform and go. It’s yours either way.

How the process works

1

Order

Pay online, fill out a short intake form about your business, and point your domain to us. We guide you through it, and it takes minutes.

2

Delivered within 2 business days

We build the platform with every system installed and connected. You get an email with access credentials, AI connection instructions, starter guides, and support, everything in one place.

3

Launch on your schedule

Connect your AI (Claude / ChatGPT / Grok Bot / Manus), load your content, and from here, you run your platform in conversation with AI.

Questions we get asked

Yes, if you want full ownership of your site, your content, and your audience list instead of renting them from a closed platform. You get a professional course system plus a store, CRM, email marketing, funnels, and a private community, all running on a platform that belongs to you. If you’re looking for a closed all-in-one rental, we’re not that.

They’re rentals, and rentals are fine until you look at what you’re actually paying for. Four differences:

  • The economics. Kajabi runs $1,716 a year at entry and $4,788 at the top, every year, forever, and the price is theirs to change. Here it’s a one-time build, then one flat renewal, and only if you choose it.
  • The breadth, and what happens when you need more. They sell a course player with limits on contacts and products. This is 13 connected business systems (a real CRM, email marketing, automations, sales funnels, an affiliate program, a private community) with no contact limits. And when you need something none of them ship, you describe it and it gets built, inside your live business. One client asked for exam scheduling with a booking wizard. Another, a chat manager for live webinars. Another, a personal dashboard showing every student their progress and next lesson. The ceiling is WordPress itself, not a vendor’s feature list, and it runs behind automatic safety checks and a one-command undo. A closed platform can put your request on a roadmap. Yours can put it on the site.
  • The AI layer, and where it builds. Your platform is connected to AI that operates it: “Build a landing page for my new offer.” “Email everyone who didn’t finish module 2.” You say it and it happens on your site. Some rented platforms now offer an AI connector too; the difference is where the work lands. Everything the AI builds here is a row in your own database, on open-source WordPress. If you leave one day, it leaves with you. On a rented platform, it stays behind.
  • The exit. Cancel on Kajabi and, in their words, your site “will become inactive and inaccessible to your contacts and customers”: your members can’t log in and lose the products they bought, and Kajabi states plainly that “a full backup of courses isn’t possible.” Teachable is blunter still: your course “is stored online in a unique format that can’t be opened or read by any other software.” On Teachable, your students’ subscriptions keep billing after access is gone, until someone cancels them by hand. Here, the whole machine is yours. Move it to any server, anytime.

They’re the established names and we’re the new one. That’s why the deal is built so you own your site, content and data from day one: you never have to take our word for it.

Yes, as long as you’re open to working with AI. You ask for what you want in plain English and the platform executes; step-by-step guides cover everything else. You don’t write code or maintain plugins (we handle updates). What you do need is to know what you want to happen in your business: the AI executes, it doesn’t decide for you.

If you sell expertise (consulting, coaching, advisory, training), yes. You’ll use the same machine: landing pages, CRM, email sequences, automations, client management. The course system is simply there, licensed and ready, for the day you package your knowledge into a product. If you don’t have an audience or an offer yet, this probably isn’t your first step.

No. You ask AI in plain English, and there’s a full knowledge base for everything else. You’ll pick up the basics of the dashboard within days, but you don’t need to become a systems person.

No, and that’s deliberate. We commit to the infrastructure; the business activity is yours. We build the tools (landing pages, CRM, email, automations, SEO) and you, with your AI, run the campaigns. If you’re looking for done-for-you marketing, we’re not the right fit.

The AI layer that connects your platform to AI is included: top tier, active from day one, for your entire first year. The AI subscription itself (e.g., Claude, from $20/month) is yours, held directly with the provider. You control it, upgrade it, or cancel it anytime. We never sit between you and your AI account.

It acts. It creates the course lesson, publishes the landing page, sends the campaign, sets up the automation, changes the price. A regular chatbot tells you which buttons to click; your platform’s AI connection clicks them, with hundreds of distinct actions across every system on the platform.

No. You work with it: it doesn’t run in the background and it doesn’t make decisions for you. You ask, it executes, and you review the result, then approve or adjust it.

There are several safety nets. Pages are versioned, so “undo that” restores the previous version in seconds. Risky operations (bulk deletes, sweeping changes) need your explicit confirmation before they run. A full activity log records every action taken on your site. Some actions are blocked outright in our code: the AI can’t delete your site, change your password, create new admin users, or run code that endangers the platform, even if you ask it to. You also choose which tools are open to the AI (read-only answers, content editing without deletion, or full access), and you can change that at any moment.

The connection is built on an open standard that lets AI tools operate real systems. Claude (our recommendation) and Manus work out of the box, ChatGPT and Grok Bot connect by adding your platform as a custom connector, and developer tools like Cursor and VS Code connect too. Any AI tool that supports this standard can operate your platform, and you can run several in parallel.

There are two routes. If it’s an action our tooling should support, it goes on our roadmap, and when we ship it, every customer gets it. If it’s something unique to your site, open a support ticket and we will tell you what is possible and what it involves. The AI layer adds convenience; it doesn’t replace support.

You can, but then you build every system from zero yourself (courses, sales, email, CRM, automations), connect them, check that they work together, and keep maintaining, securing, backing up and fixing them. Every small change can turn into a new project. Here you start from WordPress and premium plugins that have run in production for years and already work together. They’re delivered installed and connected, and the AI works on top of them from day one. AI can write new code, but it can’t replace more than 20 years of WordPress development.

13 business systems, powered by 11 premium plugins, installed and fully licensed:

  • LearnDash: courses, lessons & quizzes
  • WooCommerce: store, checkout & subscriptions
  • FluentCRM Pro: CRM & email marketing
  • Fluent Forms Pro: forms & lead capture
  • Uncanny Automator Pro: automations between systems
  • CartFlows Pro: sales funnels & upsells
  • Elementor Pro + Kadence: page building & design
  • Presto Player Pro: protected course video
  • FluentCommunity: private community
  • AffiliateWP: affiliate program
  • Rank Math Pro: SEO

Every license is covered for your first year. You never buy them separately. And they’re all connected to each other, and to your AI, from day one.

You own your WordPress site and everything in it: content, courses, data, client list, settings and any custom code written for you. You also hold full admin credentials. The premium plugin licenses and the AI layer are services. They’re included in year one and keep running when you renew. If you stop renewing, the plugins keep working without updates, and the AI connection stops. You can migrate the whole platform to any server, anytime, and we provide a full backup file on request. The migration itself is standard WordPress work, and our support assistant can point you to the migration guides published by the plugin vendors themselves.

Usually, yes. The systems here import from CSV, and most platforms (Teachable, Kajabi, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and similar) let you export your data. It’s rarely one-click, so tell us what you’re moving from and we’ll come back with what’s doable, how long it takes, and whether it costs anything.

Yes. It’s required, even. The domain stays yours, at your registrar. You point the DNS at your new platform and that’s it. Whatever happens, the domain is in your hands.

Directly into your account. Your store runs on WooCommerce, which connects to Stripe, PayPal, and most local payment providers. Your customers pay through your store, and the money goes straight to you. It never passes through us.

No limits on courses, students, contacts, products, or pages: it’s your platform. The included services come with year-one quotas: 12,000 outgoing emails per month, 20GB of protected video hosting with 200GB monthly streaming, and fast site hosting. Outgrow them? Top-ups are available, or connect your own email or video accounts.

Your platform is delivered (installed, licensed, connected, live on your domain) within 2 business days of receiving your intake form and your domain pointing to our servers.

Async support in English, in three layers: instant AI answers for day-to-day questions, a ticket system where advanced AI resolves most issues, and a human when it genuinely needs one. Tickets are answered within one business day. Support covers the infrastructure (platform, systems, hosting, licenses) for your entire first year.

Tickets can be opened 24/7, and AI answers are immediate. Our human team works five days a week, and delivery and response times are counted in business days as defined in our Terms of Service. In practice: you write whenever it suits you, and a substantive answer arrives within one business day.

A full knowledge base with step-by-step guides for every system, including how to run it all through AI. And the AI connection itself is the best tutor you’ll have: ask “how do I…?” on your own site and it walks you through it, or simply does it while you watch.

Graphic design, content writing, marketing, ads, and lead generation. We commit to the infrastructure; the business activity is yours. Your AI tools handle design and content work surprisingly well.

PayPal at launch. One one-time payment for the setup and your entire first year. After that, an annual renewal, only if you choose it.

Not from us: hosting, licenses, video, email (up to the quotas), maintenance, and support are all inside the one-time price. Two things live outside it: your AI subscription (e.g., Claude from $20/month, held directly with the provider) and your domain (typically $10-15/year at your registrar).

You choose, actively: renew all services for one flat fee ($790 founding / $990 regular), renew individual components only, or take your platform elsewhere. We don’t auto-renew you into anything.

Yes, a specific one. Cancel before you’ve submitted your intake form: full refund. If we fail to deliver within 14 days of your form being in and your domain pointing at us (and it’s our fault): full refund. Once your platform is delivered, the build work is done and payment is final. This is a B2B service. Full details in the Terms of Service.

You already hold full admin credentials from day one. When you leave, we hand over access to the hosting server and a full backup file on request, normally within 7 business days. There’s no exit fee and no hostage negotiation. Your domain stays at your registrar, so pointing it to your new host is a DNS change you make yourself.

Your platform keeps running. It’s built on open-source WordPress: it doesn’t depend on us to stay online, and you hold the credentials, the files, and the database. You’d move it to any WordPress host with a standard migration. The one thing that would stop is the AI connection layer, which runs on our infrastructure. That’s the honest risk, and it’s a far smaller one than a closed platform vanishing with your entire business inside it.

Your platform runs on our fast servers in Germany (EU), with automated backups twice a day. Your data sits in your own WordPress database, and full access credentials are yours from day one. You can move to your own server whenever you like.

The Decision
