Giving AI access to your platform is a big step, and we take it seriously. The service is built so that even when something goes wrong, you can roll back in seconds, without waiting for support. In the last 30 days, every rollback users asked for succeeded: 52 out of 52.
The AI cannot delete your site, change your password, create new admin users, or run code that endangers the platform. These actions are blocked in our code rather than left to the AI’s judgment, so they won’t happen even if you explicitly ask.
Every time the AI edits a page, a snippet, a course structure, or a form, we save the version that existed before the change, up to three versions back per item. If something isn’t what you wanted, tell the AI “roll it back” and the previous version is restored in seconds, without a ticket or a form.
Destructive and irreversible actions (deleting content, sending a campaign, running PHP) are gated. Some ask you to confirm; some are refused outright by our server until you explicitly approve. Routine content edits happen immediately, exactly as they would if you clicked “Update” in WordPress yourself, and like WordPress, every one of them is backed up and reversible. Every action is logged. The AI layer never gets more access than you gave it: the connection is a standard WordPress Application Password on your own user, so you can revoke it yourself from your own dashboard, at any second, without asking us.
Your client details, orders, members, business content: it all lives on your platform, not on our servers. We don’t copy your data to us and we don’t store it. The credential the AI uses is stored with standard encryption, and every connection runs over secure HTTPS.
Before anything starts, you choose which tools are open to the AI: read-only answers, content editing without deletion, or full access. You can change these settings at any moment.
One click in the customer portal cuts the connection. The credential we created for your site is deleted in that same second, with no vendor verification and no bureaucracy.

If Schoolyland builds the site, MCP is provisioned with the platform: open your portal’s AI Layer tab, add the connector in Claude, and ask for a site overview.
